Astronomy

I've asked B to help teach C about astronomy. It seems to of really inspired B! Here is a handmade telescope, a planet chart and a discovery table.
There is astronomer C searching the ceiling for uncharted territory (notice the popsicle....a celestial must have!)

This is SPARTA!

We have moved back to Story of the World....and have enjoyed our ancient Greek studies. Here are our helmets we made. B has been stuck with his nose the Fire of Ares book series. (here is the paper doll converted into a bookmark)
Now he wants go make the complete armor..I'm suggesting making the shield next. One step at a time. These helmets took a week to make!

Garden finds

This is an arrowhead B found in our yard. Incredible! Went discovered that this is a Dart and was made 2,000-8,000 years ago. Hunting....giant sloth? Anyone's guess. But it definitely happened in our back yard!
